IHD can supply any person or entity legally entitled to purchase pharmaceutical products for dispensing or on-sale purposes. IHD only supplies IHD account holders, and cannot provide product to members of the public.

   

IHD warehouses over 2 000 finished product lines of the pharmaceutical manufacturers who are clients of the company.

   

Customers within South Africa can contact the National Credit Control department on +27 11 372 2050. IHD provides an export service for the products of some of the clients, to open an export account contact the export department on +27 11 372 2154.

   

IHD is purely a logistics service provider to its clients – the pharmaceutical manufacturers – and does not take ownership of the products it warehouses and distributes. As such the trading terms and conditions (including prices) of products are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers. IHD cannot enter into any discussions in this regard and any dialogue must be held with the manufacturer concerned.
